Join us for an evening of music, words and poetry with Gary Diggins and the Sonica Collective in support of the work of Freeing the Human Spirit.

Freeing Your Spirit is an evening to celebrate the liberation of our deepest being through sound, word, and music. Well known as a gifted musician, Gary Diggins weaves sonic spells through improvised music. He will be joined by his ensemble of soulful and playful artists, the Sonica Collective.
The night promises a sumptuous offering of soundscapes and spoken word with world instruments ranging from the exotic Hang to the mystic didgeridoo. Hearts will be inspired by poetry ranging from Rumi's meditations to reflections of imprisoned souls who who seek inner freedom.
Special guests include Michael Enright, CBC Radio host of "Sunday Morning", Mary Ito, host of CBC Radio's weekend morning show "Fresh Air" and Toronto actress and catalyst change agent Eve Crawford. Toronto actor Ray Landry hosts.
